This is a sleek and modern looking pen! The Parker-style cartridge extends by twisting the top or finial. It has a beautiful sculpted band with a leaf motif. The pen’s overall length is 4.875 inches.
The wood used for this fine writing instrument is called Gaboon Ebony, which is sourced from Cameroon and Nigeria in West Africa. It is known as the “blackest of all woods” with only a slight and very subtle dark brown streak. It polishes to a high luster and takes on the appearance of marble. Given its strength and beauty it is no wonder that this species of ebony is one of the most expensive woods to purchase.

The wood was finished with a durable 16 layer cyanoacrylate (CA) finish that ensures its scratch resistance and that the pen will be enjoyed for generations.
